Old National Bank’s Wealth Management Division is a leader in the Wealth Management industry. Our solid reputation rests with our associates and their ability to deliver the Wealth Management Client Experience. The RPS Administator is responsible for generating new or additional retirement plan-based revenue.   Additionally, this role is responsible for administering, servicing and providing relationship management for a book of business consisting primarily of qualified retirement plans.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new RPS fees through all available means including but not limited to partner referrals, COI networking, cold calling, client entertainment, seminars and mining existing needs of current client base.
  • Act as primary contact, administrator and relationship manager for a portfolio of retirement plan accounts. Identify needs, understand and develop solutions to meet client needs. Keeping abreast of industry trends is crucial to this responsibility.
  • Effectively manage client relationships within portfolio.  This includes regular client meetings and calls to deliver exceptional service. It also includes delivering education and enrollment meetings for plan participants. 
  • Work with appropriate support teams to ensure the execution of day to day administration of accounts is happening appropriately.
  • Refer business opportunities to other business units where applicable including banking, brokerage, cash management and all others. 

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting preferred
  • Certifications:  RPS Administrator II and Sr. levels must possess an advanced level of related industry certification such as, either the QKA, CEBS, CRPS, AIF or C(k)P
  • PC/Microsoft Office experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative/organizational skills
