IMAGING COORDINATOR

The Temporary Imaging Coordinator is primarily responsible for the scanning and indexing file documents into our imaging software system, Nautilus. 

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming commercial loan packets received by interoffice mail
• Pull loan files from file room shelves
• Review/prep commercial loan files for imaging using document categories
• Use scanning software to image prepped loan file
• Complete QC review process on loan files in Nautilus
• Notate file image status in Fiserv AS400 Signature System
• Return file to file room and place back on shelf in alphabetical order 

Experience/Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
• Basic computer skills required (creating folders, opening, copying, pasting, moving files), with ability to learn new software.
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Experience with the Fiserv AS400 Signature System is a plus.
• Administrative experience preferred (organizing workflow, filing, answering phones).
• Job will require the ability to physically move files and boxes (up to 25 pounds)
