As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Old National, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and the native capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
Our growing team needs someone to help drive critical enterprise initiatives, tying together the specialized business line needs with the greater platform capabilities. The Salesforce BA will be the primary owner of business requirement documentation for the Salesforce build team. Working with a team of Salesforce Admins and technical partnership, the Salesforce BA will be a thought leader for the team’s internal processes and a key spokesperson and team representative to internal stakeholders. An ideal candidate will naturally view the world with curiosity first and relentless pursuit of the ultimate why. This role demands a simultaneous in-flow and out-flow mentality: seeking business input and clarity, and providing clear updates and guidance to move both business and build forward.
