We are currently seeking a Treasury Management Service (TM) Specialist. This position will work directly with TM client and internal team members to provide first point of contact support to their TM service needs. As first point of contact, this position will be responsible for the assessment of need, determining best approach to address clients concern, and work with the client to remedy any issues associated with the TM services. This position will focus on issues resolution and high client satisfaction as well as escalation of concerns when immediate servicing needs cannot be accomplished.
Responsibilities:
Client Services:
• Ensures complete client satisfaction through active partnership with the TM implementations team, TM sales associates, third party vendors, and other internal departments to provide timely response to service requests.
Client Interaction:
• This position will have direct interaction with the TM client. Most involvement will be through telephone or email channels.
• There will be instances where a client may be transferred from other divisions of the organization. This client handoff may occur via telephone transfer, email, or through internal customer contact software.
• In all instances client interaction will be required to properly ensure the most accurate and timely execution of high quality TM service and support.
Other Duties:
• Ensure proper documentation is obtained for purposes of accurate client setup and future audit of work processes in the TM division.
• Perform some administrative duties such as maintenance, filing, reporting, and testing of new and existing processes change.
• Other duties as requested.
Experience/Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of TM product experience preferred.
• Banking experience including experience opening new commercial accounts and/or in treasury management.
• Extensive technical experience with the TM software applications and their configuration requirements.
• Strong understanding of internal divisions of ONB such as bank operations, credit operations, and the client care division.
• Demonstrated client service experience required (phone and PC).
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization; strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail; self-starter.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
