We are currently seeking a RPS Custodial Services Relationship Manager. This position will be a client-facing role accountable to the servicing and related operational aspects for ONB/1834’s retirement plan services custodial & pension business. This role is a hybrid role and will serve as a relationship manager to our retirement plan custodial business as well as assist with the development of the product offer for our retirement plan custodial business. This includes ERISA governed retirement plans such as defined benefit, Taft Hartley, pension plans, etc. The RPS Custodial Services Relationship Manager will be the primary contact for our custodial clients to consult with and advise on ERISA specific items related to their plan. This role may also be responsible for overseeing operational aspects, such as ensuring transactions are processed in accordance with ERISA and their governing document. In addition, this role will collaborate with business partners across the organization to document processes and governance around our retirement plan services custodial and investment solutions offer.
