Old National is seeking a Mortgage Servicing Special Loans Analyst that will be responsible for the completion of the new mortgage loans to the Black Knight system and entering mortgage payments/maintenance to the servicing system.  This position must be knowledgeable about mortgage documents and loan setup for complying with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac servicing requirements.  This position will work closely with the mortgage originations area to track newly closed loans to ensure timely boarding of new mortgage loans for customer satisfaction.

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $27.50/Hr. Final salary will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews new loan documentation for upload into servicing system to assure accuracy
• Knowledgeable of ARM review process and guidelines
• Enter and post mortgage loan and investor payoffs, maintenance and payments into servicing system
• Post and release loan purchase transactions from sold loan investors
• Enter and verify loan daily mortgage ARM index rates
• Entering or verifying information into loan origination system
• Ability to reconcile and balance a mortgage transaction utilizing mortgage documents
• Enter maintenance to comply with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mae investor requirements
• Assist Escrow Clerk in high volume peak times

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3+ year of experience in mortgage loan servicing or in a related area
• Knowledgeable about mortgage loan documents
• Customer service, team and goal oriented with a positive attitude towards work and others
• Moderate computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Accuracy and attention to detail
