Old National Bank is currently looking to fill the position of Treasury Management Business Administration Specialist.
The Treasury Management Business Administration Specialist will require in-depth knowledge of all Treasury Management products, processes and policies. The Business Administration Specialist will work closely with all Treasury Management job families, as well as partnering with Bank Operations partners. Priorities will be TM risk and compliance monitoring and reporting and project management.
Key Accountabilities
- Develops professional, collaborative, strong and positive relationships with Treasury Management leaders, team members and key operational partners.
- Leads or actively participates in various TM related projects, related to the risk, compliance & business optimization functions of Treasury Management, engaging various business partners as needed.
- Coordinates various TM product/service reporting required in partnership with operations partners and other TM verticals.
- Partners with Credit regarding ACH limits, renewals and reconciliation projects.
- Compliance and risk monitoring
- Performs data analysis on specific transaction types, services, and TM products, to identify red-flag activities having potential client and organizational risk – escalating to appropriate teams/leaders as necessary.
- Generates reports and information on all payment activities generated through Treasury Management systems and services.
- Tracks and reports Treasury Management audit findings and remediation plans.
- Assists with preparing reports and content for Corporate Payments and Strategy Committee.
- Audits limits for various TM services (i.e., Wires, Mobile RDC, ACH, etc.).
- Partners with Manager in collaborating with Legal, Compliance and Risk to review, set and communicate policies for Treasury Management.
- Collaborates with all TM job families to create, update and communicate TM procedures related to risk & compliance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High School diploma
- College Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of Treasury Management experience preferred
- 2+ years Banking or Bank Operations experience preferred
- Two (2) or more years of Client-facing interactions (via phone, virtual, or in-person)
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal partners, leadership and external clients
- Advanced level skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Sharepoint preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
- Proven problem-solving skills

Level of role may vary between Specialist (silent I) or Specialist II:
- II will have previously been a successful TM Business Admin (or held a similar role) at the bank or at another financial institution
- II will have prior demonstrated experience communicating directly with and working closely with all Treasury Management job families, as well as partnering with Bank Operations partners
- II will have prior proficiency and a proven track record of TM risk and compliance monitoring and reporting as well as project management.
- II will have excellent analytical skills – they are able to evaluate complex data, identify trends, draw conclusions, and work with team to make recommendations
- II level will assist in the training of new team members which may include TM Busineess Admin Specialist roles, administrative support, others in TM, and interns.
- Greater emphasis and need is expected of a II regarding making decisions/solving (complex or unique) problems
- II requires a minimum of 5-7 years of Business Analyst or similar experience
