Responsibilities

Salary Range

           The salary range for this position is $62,300 - $122,400 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.

 

We are currently seeking a  QA Analyst .  This position will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and analysis. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, improve testing processes, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software functionality.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide input on quality standards.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development team.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
  • Mentor junior QA analysts and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with MS 365, Cloud based ticketing systems, Cloud based test case management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the following tools is a plus:
    • qTest Manager
    • Katalon Studio
    • Azure Dev Ops
    • Jira
    • Github
