Salary Range

           The salary range for this position is $51,700 - $93,500 per year plus bonus. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled. 

 

Old National is seeking to fill the position of Escrow/Flood Supervisor.  This role will support the Escrow Specialists Team with a focus on training and quality by collaborating directly with the specialist, and by partnering with the Mortgage Origination Team, Quality Assurance and Compliance. This is to ensure the input and output of all the Escrow functions are upheld to the highest quality standards, completed within the agreed upon internal and external SLAs. Direct development of training plans and provide ongoing training for staff to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform in their role, which leads to a highly efficient and effective team.

Responsible for the completion of the new escrow setup to add loans to the Black Knight system. Entering escrow mortgage payments/maintenance into the servicing system. This position must be knowledgeable about mortgage documents and new loan setup for complying with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac servicing requirements. This position will collaborate closely with vendors for insurance tracking and tax payment processing.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Supervisors’ day to day operations of the Escrow Specialists, problem solving and collaboration within the team. Organize and approve procedures relative to Special Loan job functions.
  • Subject matter expert on Mortgage Servicing escrow specialist functions including flood guidelines and tracking requirements and monitoring and distribution of insurance claims to protect our assets.
  • Develop and motivate associates in the Team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Contact point for Team; provide training and direction and process improvement opportunities.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Confirms daily processing is accurate and complete and notifies Manager of any issues.
  • Works with Application Support to update the upload when new products or changes are made in the mortgage origination system affecting escrow setup.
  • Expert level of knowledge of escrow process and guidelines
  • Subject matter expert on the Black Knight mortgage servicing system and ability to resolve issues when they arise.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in mortgage loan servicing or in a related area.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • 5+ years of Compliance/Regulatory experience.
  • Associate degree in related program or field.
  • Expert level of knowledgeable about mortgage loan documents
  • Customer service, team and goal oriented with a positive attitude towards work and others.
  • Moderate to Expert computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience leading a team to achieve goals to contribute to team success.
  • Excellent communication skills
