Responsibilities

Salary Range

           The salary range for this position is $51,700 - $101,500 per year plus a bonus. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the level of career at which the position is filled. 

 

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will be responsible for using a variety of strategies to source, screen and hire top tier talent who will complement the Old National vision, mission, values and culture. This individual will partner with leadership, community agencies and schools to establish diverse talent networks. This individual will also work with various social media platforms to market and source for high volume non-exempt and mid-level roles.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to create and enhance sourcing strategies, conduct candidate interviews, present qualified candidates to management, negotiate compensation and extend offers to selected candidates
  • Source and interview qualified candidates for non-exempt and mid-level open positions of assigned area of responsibility; assist others on an as-needed basis
  • Develop a large, diverse and qualified applicant talent pipeline from multiple sources including direct sourcing, social media platforms, campus recruiting, job fairs, networking, cold calling, and internal and external referral
  • Maintains knowledge of business line performance expectations and effectively applies this knowledge to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Accountable for end-to-end identification, selection and overall recruitment process.
  • Proactively partner with university organizations and professional trade groups to ensure inclusive, diverse two-way relationships.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates by researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Work with Talent Strategy Directors to understand current and future talent needs.
  • Conduct interviews using various selection tools and methods to identify top candidates.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,experience and competencies.
  • Gather internal feedback and deliver professional feedback to candidates, as appropriate, to aid in their development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business-related field or equivalent HR work experience required
  • 1-5 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting.
  • Financial services industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of search strategies inclusive of best-in-class social media platforms.
  • Proven knowledge of federal, state and EEO/AAP regulations regarding hiring practices preferred.
