Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Card Services Specialist II, with the Dispute team, role is responsible for supporting the case management of all dispute types reported to Payment Operations. All disputes must be handled efficiently and in a timely manner to ensure regulations are met. The qualified candidate should possess the ability to maintain a positive work environment; meet productivity standards; complete work in a timely manner; and strive to increase productivity.

 

Hours:

Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5pm

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Independently manage support line 40 hours a week
  • Analyze and work to improve performance/service levels metrics ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ensure test strategies/plans involve appropriate integration and process components
  • Facilitate project needs such as communication to internal teams, testing, scheduling with the vendor, and tracking.
  • Complete all appropriate documents as identified in SDLC Policy, Standards & Procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Reg E
  • Analyze and process dispute claims and chargeback cases
  • Process financial adjustments
  • Analysis of documentation denying a dispute
  • Ability to create team procedures
  • Ability to train new team members

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of banking experience or equivalent professional work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to multitask using various bank systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
