We are currently seeking an Institutional Support Specialist that is responsible for providing administrative support for Institutional clients within the Wealth LOB.  The role is responsible for enhancing the Advisor’s effectiveness by performing a variety of complex, diverse, sensitive and confidential information while providing an overall high touch client experience to all institutional clients.

Key Accountabilities

Data & Systems Management

• Administer Open Finance data feed and identify any missing data from the feeds. 
• Add new accounts to the data feed
• Administer Client point, including new enrollees, log out users, etc. 

Third-Party Management

• Provide account activity details/statements on occasion to Deaconess/Mercer Associates/Outside Managers
• Pay Quarterly manager fee invoices (9 outside managers plus Mercer)
• Provide information for annual audit-to Deaconess’ outside auditor
• Coordinate with outside managers with respect to proxy voting, online access, questions on trades, questions on assets within their account

Investment Transaction Oversight & Management

• Wire funds out to meet capital calls-currently 17 Private Equity/Credit investments.
• Receipt wires into appropriate accounts from PE/PC payouts
• Wire funds out for rebalancing-occasionally over 30 million, requiring higher level of wire approvals and managing the approval process. 
• Preparing wire case to head off being stopped for fraud.  Verifying accounts prior to wire authorizations are approved and ensuring the accounts are valid.
• Receive funds as part of rebalancing
• Direct trades to our trading desk for account rebalancing  

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field (preferred)
• 2-3 Years of experience in banking, financial institutions, or wealth management firms.
• Proficient in MS office products.
• High Attention to details with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills required.
