The Private Banking Support Specialist partners with assigned Private Bankers to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience. It requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job-experience to perform ad range of tasks. This role provides support for the sales process, all private banking deposits and lending products, the facilitation of all account servicing and maintenance, and provides tracking and reporting for private banking market teams. Client retention and the consistent delivery of the Private Banking client experience are critical to this role along with a broad perspective to address problems, spot new but less obvious solutions and identifie key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. This role is completed with a limited degree of supervision and Private Banking Support Specialist is likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.
Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $18.25/hr. - $29.75/hr.. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications and the career level at which the position is filled.
