Responsibilities

The Treasury Management Service Specialist Senior will have primary responsibility for supporting the Service Specialists within TM Client ServicesThis role will aid in the development of team members’ knowledge as well as escalation of situations where standard support paths are not viable. Team members in this role will also monitor daily workload and elevate instances where service level adherence is at riskAdditionally, this role will compile management reports that will show relevant support trends as well as complete quality audits of work completed by TM Client Services Specialists.   

 

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $26.50/hr. - $43.00/hr.. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.

 

Key Accountabilities  

Team Member Development 

  • Develop and maintain procedures and reference guides utilized by TM Client Service Specialists 
  • Coordinate and participate in new hire and ongoing training initiatives 
  • Conduct ongoing quality audits for each TM Client Service Specialist to ensure adherence to procedures and service expectations 

Relationship Cultivation 

  • Listen to clients and internal partners with a mindset geared towards curiosity, empathy, and bias for action  
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve timely resolution to escalated issues 
  • Communicate timely updates and relevant information to key stakeholders for outstanding issues 

Daily Capacity Monitoring 

  • Monitor workload for critical functions within the TM Client Services Team and adjust resources to ensure timely completion of tasks 
  • Compile periodic management reports relevant workload trends and service level adherence

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or HS graduate with equivalent work experience  
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services or prior experience in supporting business clients is essential 
  • Ability to communicate with business clients on complex technical solutions is essential 
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and quickly reprioritize tasks is essential  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills is essential 
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues is preferred 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management or business banking products and services is preferred
