The Community Banking Relationship Manager will be responsible for leading the portfolio servicing efforts for the Small Business Loan portfolio including handling the renewals and maturing loans in this portfolio. The role will focus on client outreach to obtain necessary documentation/financials to facilitate approval and then generate loan documents for signature through our banking center teams throughout our footprint. Beginning in late 2021/early 2022, the Community RM is also responsible for generating new loan and deposit business according to assigned sales goals while maintaining credit quality and appropriate loan pricing.  Individual portfolio management and client relationship expansion, including client referrals, are critical for success in this position. 

 

Key Accountabilities  include: Portfolio Management, Achieve Sales Targets, and Deliver Exceptional Customer Service within Loan Standards

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years banking experience with 2+ years commercial lending experience preferred
