Old National’s 2022 Summer Internship Program will provide college students and recent college graduates the opportunity to gain exposure to various bank disciplines through the execution of assignments, mentoring activities, and group project engagement. Day-to-day roles and responsibilities may vary based on departmental needs but will generally consist of project planning, team meetings, project discussions with various Old National Team Members, and more. These positions will be responsible for assisting with assignments and initiatives to improve processes and implement efficiencies within Old National Bank. This opportunity is designed to be both educational and practical, giving Summer Interns the chance to apply skills and abilities learned in the classroom in a professional setting.
As a Summer Intern for Old National Bank, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the banking industry, engage through mentorship and professional development, and make a meaningful impact in the organization by applying your knowledge and skills. These experiences may include, but are not limited to:
Those selected for the Data Science Program will meet, collaborate, and network with the other Old National Summer Interns but will have exposure to the entire data department. This experience will include data governance, data sourcing, data preparation, data analysis, and some light predictive analytics. Selections are dependent on candidates’ backgrounds, skills, interests, and organizational priorities.
